Does it matter how I send my money? As a good? As a service? As a personal payment owed?

I don't want to think what kind of services you're offering as payment Tom!

Thanks for all the great work you're both doing to keep this place up and running *squish hugs Ben and Jazzy*

I've known Ben since I was 3 and we've been best friends for half our lives. Believe me, I don't want to think about it. Because if the answer doesn't please me, you will experience a world of pain ;0)

Of course if you're offering services to Jazzy then that's another kettle of fish entirely...

Ben, FMD and I want to donate as usual, but can you wait until the 1st of November? Lindsey gets paid then and it goes straight into our paypal account and I can then donate out of that!

Edit: Nevermind, there was enough in there still left from this month! :D Am sending a donation your way right now ^_^

I wanted to ask that as well- can we still donate on the 1st of November? That's my payday and all.

Hi guys, I'm unexpectedly at an internet connection for 5 minutes, so just ot let you know - I will keep the drive open until Wednesday 5th November. So for those of you awaiting the big money fairy to bless your bank account, don't panic. Believe me, I know what a difference a couple of weeks can make.

We are doing very well this time around, thank you all who've already donated. I'll be writing up a proper page and everything once I'm no longer driving quite so much for my house move (it's all going well, this trip back to my first place was entirely my own fault, the stupidity tax lottery picked me today :( and I realised I'd forgotten some important stuff). Right, time to hit the road again...

Ok, I have now completely moved house, woo!

I will be totalling up the donations, etc at 10pm GMT on Wednesday 05 November, so for those of you who still intend to donate, I'd really appreciate it if you could get donations to me before then.

Alternatively for UK-only donators who are planning on providing me with money through other ways than Paypal, could you drop me a PM with how much you are intending to donate, and I'll factor that into the post-fundraiser thanks pages, etc.

Thanks a lot, everyone! :)

Wow.

I'm amazed by the generosity of the donators. After Paypal fees, currency conversions, etc., we have raised a grand total of... *drumroll*

£146.18! (€180, $229US, $270CAD, $338AU)

This is fantastic, and will pay for Neocolours' web hosting for an entire 15 months - until February 2010!

The Neocolours members who have donated this time around are:
Bif, Covet, FaerieInGrey, Fjorab_Teke, FullMetalDragon, Huggles, Jessibean, Joey, Larkspurlane, lavender, mellaka, Monkeyguy, Seerow, Tom, Wingsrising.

Without you guys the site certainly couldn't exist in the way it does now, so thank you again. We'll get a suitable contributors page up soon, as I promised to many of you.

I should also take this opportunity to thank the moderators for their contributions in keeping law and order, and to Jazzy as the admin - despite her official status as on hiatus, I know she's still worked hard doing her work in the background to fix issues and keep the site running.

Last bump in this thread this time, I promise!

As promised, the donators page is up at http://www.neocolours.me.uk/donations.php.

This is linked through from the footer on every page (scroll down... further... see, there it is!).

And thus ends our donation drive '08. Well done Oba... hang on, wrong spiel. Well done everybody who donated! See you again in 2010, I hope!

/Ben out.

Double on the you guys rock! Thanks for keeping this great site going. I'm sorry I couldn't donate this year. But hopefully money will be nice next year and I'll donate for sure.
